About us

Skycar is a local car rental service with a varied fleet and a simple booking process, designed for anyone who needs a reliable car in Bucharest or at the airport, without unnecessary red tape.

From economical city cars to an SUV and comfortable saloons for long journeys or business meetings, we offer a constantly maintained fleet with prices clearly displayed before you book.

How we work

Booking is 100% online: choose a car from our fleet, the rental period and the pick-up location — Bucharest, Otopeni or Băneasa. You see the final price straight away, with no deposit, before you send your request. We then call you shortly to confirm.

Our mission, vision and commitment

Mission

To make renting a car as simple as ordering online — transparent, fast and with no hidden costs.

Vision

To be the first car rental company you think of when you need a car in Bucharest or at the airport.

Commitment

We show the final price clearly right in the booking form, and every car in our fleet is technically checked before each handover.

What guides us

Transparency. The price you see when you book is the final price. Simplicity. No deposit and no credit card needed. Convenience. Pick-up at 3 locations in Bucharest and the metropolitan area.

Our fleet

From economy and compact cars to a family SUV, a 7-seater and business saloons — discover our whole fleet or book now.

October 2026 update: the Skycar team keeps working with a regularly checked fleet and prices shown clearly from the moment you book. We want every customer to leave the airport without worrying about a deposit or unexpected costs.
